Asthma Awareness & Management training gives learners the knowledge and confidence to recognise asthma symptoms, understand triggers, and respond appropriately during an asthma attack. This course focuses on practical awareness, early recognition, and safe response. Learners will explore how asthma affects breathing, how medication works, and what to do if someone’s symptoms escalate.
