Trainer Experience and Vetting
All training delivered by Prima Cura Training is led by experienced trainers with relevant, up to date sector knowledge.
Our trainers hold appropriate teaching and subject qualifications and are Enhanced DBS checked. Trainer performance and practice are reviewed regularly to ensure high professional standards are consistently maintained.
Quality Assurance and Course Review
We operate a structured and robust quality assurance process across all training delivery.
Prima Cura Training is registered with recognised awarding organisations and auditing bodies, and our certifications are CPD approved. Courses are reviewed regularly to ensure they reflect current UK legislation, guidance, and accepted good practice. Here are some of the bodies Prima Cura Training work with to ensure robust quality assurance.

Learner feedback plays a key role in shaping our training. Feedback is reviewed and used to continually improve both course content and delivery.
Compliance and Regulatory Alignment
Our training is designed to align with current expectations across workplace, education, and care settings, including:
• Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidance
• Care Certificate standards
• EYFS requirements, where applicable
We are clear about what each course is and is not suitable for, helping organisations meet their legal and regulatory responsibilities with confidence.
Safeguarding and Professional Standards
Safeguarding, professional boundaries, and ethical practice are embedded throughout our training delivery. All trainers are expected to work to clear professional standards that prioritise learner safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
Why Our Training Is Delivered in Person
For many regulated environments, practical, face to face training is essential.
HSE First Aid guidance (L74) clearly states that regulated workplace First Aid courses, including Emergency First Aid at Work and First Aid at Work, must include face to face contact time to allow learners to demonstrate safe and effective skills.
Our courses are designed to reflect real workplace and care settings, helping learners build genuine confidence and practical competence.
At Prima Cura Training, we take training compliance seriously. Our approach is guided by our values: Engage, Educate and Empower. To learn more about what drives us, take a look at our About Us page.
