Defibrillators, Deadlines and Decorative Knitwear

It’s that time of year again, when the office slows to a festive crawl, the printer finally gets a break, and the Director turns up in a Christmas jumper that could probably power a small country. As you could say: Defibrillators, Deadlines and Decorative Knitwear!

At Prima Cura, we take first aid training and workplace safety seriously, but we’re equally serious about Christmas. This season, it’s all about mince pies, 1980s-inspired decorations, and leading by example.

As we juggle paperwork, practicals, and enough After Eight mints to fill a small tanker, we want to thank the people behind the training: our learners. Those of you who arrive full of enthusiasm, ready to learn CPR, emergency preparedness, and health & safety skills. Your commitment to making your workplaces safer is commendable.

So, as 2025 wraps up, we’re ready for the festivities, but also looking ahead to 2026. We hope you never face a heart-stopping emergency, or a building full of elderly people on fire, but if you do, we hope you’re ready and armed with the knowledge to act.

From all of us at Prima Cura, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year… and may your jumper not electrocute you.

Let’s start with a conversation.
