Learners gain confidence through clear instruction and hands-on practice, making it suitable for staff, volunteers, parents, carers, and members of the public. Overall, this training supports safer workplaces, communities, and homes by giving people the skills to act when it matters most.

Our Basic First Aid training follows current best practice guidance from the Resuscitation Council UK for CPR standards.
